On the 1st January 2010 Anderson Mann SEO officially moved into its new offices on the 1st floor the the striking Adelphi Mill in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
The new larger office space allows for the continued growth of the company and also provides a great environment for staff. The Adelphi Mill is an award-winning Grade II listed former cotton mill which sits alongside Macclesfield Canal. The mill has recently been updated with a multi-million pound refurbishment to provide contemporary offices within a picturesque waterside setting.

The Adelphi Mill is located in Bollington, Macclesfield, Cheshire, between the ‘Golden Triangle’ of Wilmslow, Prestbury and Alderley Edge on one side and the the Peak District National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty, on the other. The Adelphi Mill is within easy driving distance of Anderson Mann’s client base in Poynton, Bramhall, Cheadle, Stockport (20 minutes drive) and Manchester, (35 minutes).

Anderson Mann has already signed a contract with Adelphi Mill Properties (the mill owners) to design a new SEO optimised website for the Mill and provide on-going SEO services and conversion-rate-optimisation services. As with many Office Space Providers Adelphi Mill receives tenants through office brokers, such as Flexi Offices, which charge a commission to the Office Space Provider. Through building a highly-optimised website for Adelphi Mill, which ranks highly in search engines, such as Google, the Adelphi Mill will be able to increase the number of new tenants which come to them directly, thus saving on fees to office brokers.

The Mill was constructed by Martin Swindells, a local cotton spinner who also owned Clarence Mill. The Adephi Mill was built for Swindlles’ two sons – hence the name ‘Adelphi’ which is Greek for brothers
The Adelphi Mill has been owned by the Beckwith-Moore family for over 10 years and has recently had a multi-million pound renovation to create modern office space, industrial units and workshops.
